Multifunctional crosslinker synthesized by synthesizing aliphatic polycarbonate polyol into a spherical dendrimer structure.
The outer shell of the molecule contains oxetane and hydroxyl groups, and reacts with carboxyl and isocyanate groups.
The precisely designed polycarbonate polyol core with a dendrimer (tree-like) structure dramatically improves the durability of the coating film and its adhesion to the substrate after crosslinking.
It is 100% solid and contains no VOCs, yet has low viscosity and can be easily dispersed in water-based formulations.

FEATURES
Crosslinking agent
The dendrimer surface has hydroxyl and oxetane groups, which are expected to react with isocyanate and carboxyl groups, to strengthen one-component PUD and acrylic emulsions. It is particularly effective in improving the durability of emulsions with high Tg and high acid value.
Surfactants, film-forming agents
The spherical dendrimer structure separates hydrophobic and hydrophilic regions, making them highly useful as surfactants and wetting agents.
Dissolves completely in water and is extremely effective as a water-based flow and leveling agent thanks to the highly functional anionic hydroxyl groups on the outer shell (ends). Unlike the other flow, leveling and film-forming agents, it is 100% solids and contains no VOCs.
